The Innovation Center continues to be a premier hub for connection, creativity, and forward-thinking solutions. This year, we are especially encouraging presentations that highlight how technology can be leveraged as a practical resource for municipalities and mayors—tools, platforms, and strategies that can create immediate, real-world impact in city operations and community outcomes. Other topics will be accepted at the discretion of the AAMA staff.

Innovation Center Expo Rooms are AAMA’s premier spaces for hosting dynamic conversations and experiences. These 45-minute sessions are available exclusively to Business Council members and are designed to foster meaningful engagement between mayors and solution providers.
Presentations should align with one of the topics listed on the submission form and clearly demonstrate innovative approaches—particularly how technology can be applied to support municipalities with solutions that mayors can use immediately. Consider using part of your time to provide real-time learning and resources to attendees.
Once approved, you will receive the booking link to choose your Innovation Center slot.
Innovation Center Expo Tables and Activation Build Outs

The Innovation Center also offers a high-visibility space for Corporate Business Council members and Federal Agencies to connect directly with conference attendees. This area is dedicated to showcasing products, services, and resources while building meaningful relationships.
Innovation Center hours do not compete with conference programming, ensuring focused engagement throughout the day. Federal Agency Office Hours will also take place during these times.
We offer complimentary 6-foot tables, or you may request additional space to accommodate your own exposition booth. Please note that this year’s conference will feature a more immersive, exposition-style experience across both days. Availability for activation build outs will be provided by the meeting planner.
